About the Campus

About the Campus USC Union offers a variety of courses in Laurens County in part of the new Laurens County Higher Education Center. Centrally located between Clinton and Laurens, the program offers area citizens the opportunity to begin their post-secondary education career near home. Opportunities available through the Laurens campus include:

•General education classes, such as English 101 and Math 111, that will fulfill requirements for many majors and are transferable to most college and universities.
•a complete freshman year and maybe more for students beginning their degree work
•most of the course work for the Columbia-based Bachelor of Organizational Leadership and Bachelor of Liberal Studies degrees.
•dual-credit course work for qualified high school junior and seniors
•summer school classes for transient students
•core courses for nursing degrees
•master's level courses in many fields, including the MBA and MSW, through the Extended Graduate Campus in Columbia
•A Program of Graduate Engineering Education (VUEE) and the Professional Masters in Business Administration (PMBA) through the Extended Graduate Campus in Columbia.
