Black History Month Celebration

The Men and Woman on a Mission/African-American Association (MWOM/AAA) is hosting a Black History Month celebration in the auditorium on Wednesday, February 27, at noon. The speaker for this event will be Mr. Bakari Sellers.  Mr. Sellers is the son of civil rights activist Cleveland Sellers. He is a Democratic member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing the 90th district.  Mr. Sellers received his law degree from the University of South Carolina in 2008, and he was the youngest member of the South Carolina General Assembly when he was first elected in 2006 at the age of 22.  Please join us as we celebrate Black History Month with Mr. Sellers.
